Setting up your utilities can be time consuming and we would like to make your move one of ease. Pepperwood Apartments has provided information and links to easily set up utilities for your new home.

Water, trash and sewer:
Resident shall pay water, sewer and trash fees as stated on page one (1) of your lease agreement as follows:
One Bedroom- $25.00
Two Bedroom- $35.00
Three Bedroom- $45.00

*Pepperwood Apartments require Renter’s Insurance
